New business in AZ ? I have questions.....

I just started a business that I thought was needed in the area around Gilbert AZ. I didn't need to borrow any capital. My wife is an excellent saleperson and is more then willing to go and knock on businesses that need my service.We actually have a couple of restaurants that have come on board already and are building a steady base of business. Here's the question.What do I need as far as business licnense or permit and would I be better off just starting a Corp. or LLC right off the bat? Another question : would I be better off setting up Corp. or LLC in Nevada. When it comes to taking care of the customers I'm great but I need some direction with the whole setting up of the business.

Unless you have some immediate concerns about any potential personal liability ... then forming your business as a Sole Proprietor ship is the least expensive way to go. Later on you can consider setting up an LLC or corporation if you need to. Feel free to visit my site and look for "how to form your corporation or LLC for less $ ... on that page is a link to a free guide that has a lot of good information in that you might find helpful. Regarding business license/permits etc. - hHere is a link to your local business license website:

You can check that out for what you need to do make your business offical and get the proper licenses and permits you need to be in business in Gilbert.

Best of luck to you. Yours is a question that should be answered by an attorney
or accountant in your area who knows you and your unique situation well. No such
thing as a one-size-fits-all answer.
