Need 60K Capitol for Employees and Equipment

I've started a construction company in June 2007. My company was awarded a contract with a large company that required us to hire eight employees. We have funded our company since June 2007, but know we need capitol to pay employees and equipment. Please provide some guidance on how to optain capitol for my company.

How do I get in touch with you??, Who are you?? Where is the company located??
Do you have a Federal I D Number?? An Accountant?? A Business Plan that I can read??
A Business Plan is one of the first items an investor wants to read.

How long do you need the funds for?? And How and When will you pay me back??
